Continuous training for consistent quality
We have established a comprehensive program of ongoing IPC training, refresher courses, and certification to ensure a robust team of Certified IPC Specialists (CIS) is always available to support critical functions.
Production and inspection personnel receive standardized, role-specific IPC training, while employees in designated key positions are certified as required. Applicable IPC Class 2 and Class 3 requirements are strictly implemented throughout our manufacturing and inspection workflows.
By standardizing operational and inspection practices, we eliminate quality variations caused by personnel differences, guaranteeing stable yields and batch-to-batch consistency.
